The USA Biology Olympiad (USABO) is the premier biology competition for high school students in the United States, organized by the Center for Excellence in Education (CEE). Each country sends a team of up to four students, typically selected through a national olympiad program (e.g., USABO for the United States).

The British Biology Olympiad (BBO) is a prestigious national competition organized by the Royal Society of Biology (RSB) for pre-university students aged 16–18.
